“Round Table:Simulacra in the Human Mind”

The prophecies of Jean Baudrillard regarding Simulacra and simulations for almost all human expressions have come true. However, the issue of describing and possibly creating the new structure of the human world remains open. Gradually, individuals and spaces emerge that will dare to predict the new, while continuous upheavals occur in the technological landscape, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, altering predictions.

Angeli Poulu: Assistant Professor at the Department of Digital Arts and Film at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), specializing in “History and Theory of Contemporary Art and New Media.”

Maria Mourtou Paradesopoulou: Postdoctoral researcher at the Departments of Philosophy at the Universities of Patras and Ioannina.
