Is Anybody Out There?
Humans are sending another rover to Mars. Whilst there, ‘Perseverance’ meets the other rovers setting out to do the same, but years pass, and he becomes the last rover remaining. His battery is low, and it’s getting dark – but he finally completes his mission when he is recovered by alien life.

Lauren Critchley is a recent animation production graduate from Arts University Bournemouth. Initially from Manchester, she studied in Bournemouth to develop her skills in story development, character design and 2D animation. She would then go on to use these skills whilst working on and directing her short film ‘Is Anybody Out There?’ in her final year.
