John Quinn is a soon-to-be graduate of Pratt Institute. Although the winner of the “Storyteller Award” in Ms. Lewis’s second grade class, he wouldn’t return to school to pursue a degree in 2D animation until later in life (in reality all it meant was I either lied or talked too much as a kid). During his time at Pratt, he gravitated toward stop motion and traditional animation, trying to experiment with new visuals with each project. Post graduation, John will continue his design internship at Snowflake Films until attending a residency at the Byrdcliffe Artist Colony at the end of May 2024.
